Title: Tesla doubles its Model 3 and Model Y price discount to the full US$7,500 federal subsidy amount

Tesla apparently expects its cars to qualify for the whole of the new EV federal subsidy on January 1, so it is now doubling the credit it was giving to customers who buy its EVs for December delivery. The Treasury postponed its subsidy requirement guidelines for March, and now all made-in-US EVs will reportedly get the full subsidy amount in Q1.

May just be anecdotal, but I've noticed a LOT of fire sales from many segments in the market this season. Usually on Black Friday sales we see far fewer (less desirable);models, at lower (10-30%) discounts.

Office 2021 Pro for $30. Not the silly subscription, either.

Pixel trade-in program on Black Friday of phones 1-2 years old at double their value. I was able to get an $800+ phone for nearly HALF that. And it is the newest Google Flagship!

Every TV manufacturer offering massive discounts on everything 2nd tier and below. Easily paying $1000 less for models less than a year old.

SSDs dropping in price. Finally!

2nd and 3rd tier CPUs dropping in price.

Tesla desperate to get cars off lots by discounting their best sellers; unheard of just months ago.
