From the QHD-class display to the faster processor than the Go 2 and likely Go 3, everything else about this is so nice EXCEPT for that 4GB of RAM. That is the tragic deal breaker here and not something we should be seeing in 2021. If they are serious about taking on the Surface Go and the entry-level iPad, they will have an 8GB RAM model (possibly for $50 more if they have to appease greedy executives), though, and that would make this perfect!

I just checked my Surface Laptop Pro 4 from 2016 had 8GB

Seriously 4GB on a windows laptop in 2021... You can't do that anymore.
If you notice in the screenshot HP shows a "Photoshop" icon. As if... Photoshop takes a lot of memory... they should be sued for false advertizing.

Spend a little bit more and get a decent functioning laptop ffs.
