Das nordkoreanische Regime hat laut der staatlichen Nachrichtenagentur KCNA ein Smartphone vorgestellt. Das ,,Arirang" genannte Handy soll in einer nordkoreanischen Fabrik gebaut worden sein, die Kim Jong Un persönlich besuchte. Vermutlich ist die Fabrik allerdings nur eine Kulisse.
