Title: Almost 1.5 percent of the entire world was on Xbox Live last quarter, thanks to COVID-19: Will Project xCloud and PS Now make the PS5 and Xbox Series X redundant in a post-COVID world?

Microsoft's Satya Nadella said that record numbers of users logged onto Xbox Game Pass, Xbox Live, and Project xCloud over the past few months. With social distancing set to remain, this raises questions about the future of gaming. Are cloud and online gaming on the rise or are consoles here to stay?

While Xbox GamePass is a great service but streaming games as a service is awful for every platform, the Input lag  will never be satisfactory for most gamers.

World has an estimated population of 7.5 billion (7500 million).

So even ignoring the fact that monthly active users usually means any user who has logged in during the month, we are looking at 1,2% of the world's populace.

This is still a huge number, there is no need to round it up to 1,5% using whatever invented rules for rounding up you chose :)
