Ich hab schon vor 10 Jahren beschlossen, nie mehr bei Samsung zu kaufen. Damals starb mein Note 2 innerhalb der Garantie den "Sudden Death" durch minderwertigen EMMC Speicher. Samsung behauptete, ich hätte das Gerät manipuliert, da der Service Dienstleister die Boot-Meldung feststellte, dass das ROM verändert sei (was aber logischerweise daran lag, dass der Speicher defekt ist) und verweigerte die Garantie. Darauf hin mache ich Dauer-Protest auf der Samsung-Facebookseite, bis sich ein Manager von Samsung Deutschland telefonisch mit mir sprechen wollte. Nach einiger Diskussion erklärte er sich bereit, das Gerät kostenlos "auf Kulanz" reparieren zu lassen und bat aber um Stillschweigen. Ich ließ es reparieren und kaufte seitdem nie wieder ein Samsung. Natürlich habe ich nicht geschwiegen.

Finally a company that understands how to build a proper android tablet.... It took companies so long to finally build a nearly enthusiast class tablet that has decent specs, efficiency, & IO..... We werent asking for much companies were just not understanding customer needs... Next stop an 8" version plz~

What?!?! Why are some folks here seems to be *surprised* by this **uncovered / SUPER KNOWN FACT**, but hidden by every shilled outlet FOR YEARS, by them *fake* praising ANY Samsung's product (especially  GSMARENA, PhoneArena, Ice Universe, and WCCFTECH) huh?!?!

This super ill inferior behaviour from Samsung DOES NOT ONLY include their smartphones/mobile products, though.

ALL Samsung's labeled consumer products are inferior to this VERY SICK BEHAVIOUR by Samsung; Samsung's appliances, Samsung's home theater systems, ect., are ALL TRASH.

Samsung's products are ONLY AS GOOD AS THE WARRANTY IS VALID! PERIOD!!
