The superior Surface Pro? Lenovo wants to win potential Surface Pro 4 buyers with its Ideapad Miix 700. A keyboard dock and ActivePen are included and don't have to be bought separately. The other equipment is also proper: A bright, high-contrast screen and fast SSD are on board. The installed Core M processor ensures noiseless operation. The entire bundle is even cheaper than a comparable Surface Pro 4 package.

Awesome review.
it be lovely if you guys make a review of the higher end miix 7 m7-6y75
how does it compare to the miix 7 ( m5 ) and the surface pro 4 in regards to performance, heat and battery life
Good review, as mentioned a review of the other lenovo varients is necessary just like the surface pro had three variant comparision. lenovo did put a lot of effort into this devise for sure
Thank you for the review! +1 for review of Miix with m7-6y75.
I have a question about the low TDP in this Miix m5-6y54 (and m7-6y75). Can it be controlled:
1) with Intel Extreme Tuning Utility
2) or with those drivers that Lenovo released after the review was published:
a) Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver ( http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/tablets/miix-series/miix-700-12isk/downloads/DS105437 )
b) Energy Management Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) ( http://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/tablets/miix-series/miix-700-12isk/downloads/DS104626 )
3) or any other software/hardware hacks?
Thank you.
