Hisense is better known in the US and global markets as a maker of TVs, however the company also makes other products including smartphones and tablets. While it makes regular smartphones it has just launched a new range of smartphones featuring color E-ink displays as well as a new E-ink tablet.

Could you please cite any research showing that blue light is more harmful than red or green light?

Perpetuating internet myths without scientific basis is highly irresponsible and not what I'd expect from an otherwise serious publication.

Bruh.. first of all.. they are just quoting their source, which they included the link of at the bottom of the article.
Second, no offense to Notebookcheck, but their articles aren't the highest quality, but neither do I expect them to be. It's their reviews which the returning visitors of this website appreciate.

It would be a nice to have, at this current point, that they are more accountable to the information that they are spreading, but they certainly ain't the main problem on the internet.

Your opinion?

From Harvard Medical School: "Although it is environmentally friendly, blue light can affect your sleep and potentially cause disease."

"In the visible spectrum, short-wave blue light with wavelength between 415 nm and 455 nm is closely related to eye light damage. This high energy blue light passes through the cornea and lens to the retina causing diseases such as dry eye, cataract, age-related macular degeneration, even stimulating the brain, inhibiting melatonin secretion, and enhancing adrenocortical hormone production, which will destroy the hormonal balance and directly affect sleep quality."

So, yes, blue light is scientifically demonstrated to be harmful. Next.

About as harmful as watching the porn. You won't be able to sleep, at least until you "free" yourself of that blue or in this case white stuff.

Yes, based on the second piece of research quoted, you sound like you will indeed go blind.
