Title: Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.5 (SM-T590N) Tablet Review
Post by: Redaktion on October 15, 2018, 19:05:54
The Galaxy Tab A 10.5 is Samsung's update of its mid-range Galaxy Tab A 10.1 tablet. The 10.5-inch Android device is supposed to set itself apart from its competition with its WUXGA display, Dolby Atmos sound, a family-friendly kids mode and long battery runtimes.

You forgot to mention this tab's biggest downside: As far as I've read on other sites it doesn't support the S pen.
Otherwise I would've loved buying it, but I really want pen support, so for me it'll probably be the tab s3 which is becoming nicely discounted now that its successor is out.
It's kinda ironic that Apple gave pen support to its budget ipad and Samsung apparently went the other way and removed it. >___>

The prior 10.1" Tab A came in S-pen capable and not capable models. Not sure if the new 10.5" one is the same?

Quote review MyNextTablet: I noticed one negative point regarding the software. You cannot watch Netflix in HD or higher. It seems like the tablet is not supporting the necessary DRM standard. In theory, Samsung should be able to fix this with an update. So, in the future, you might be able to watch Netflix in HD. But certainly not yet.
