Qualcomm has announced that its chipsets for the premium, premium mid-tier and mid-tier mobile devices of the future will all come with 5G as standard. This is because they will have support for these next-gen data bands built into them directly as systems-on-chips (SoC). Of these, the 5G 7-series is already being used to design phones by OEMs such as Nokia and LG.
