Razer is teasing another Blade laptop set to be unveiled on September 4th. Could this be the redesigned Blade Stealth powered by 25 W Intel Ice Lake-U Iris graphics?

There's a C port in place of the DC, so it can't be anything that asks for 100W+, it's most likely the Stealth.
They already announced Stealth with 25 10nm APU's

To be fair, 100W is just USB-PD's default limits, which was built around USB-A/B+Mini/Micro connector limitations, not USB-C. However, USB-PD was not specced any higher for USB-C, which leads to a de-facto limit.. Dell has taken it a tiny bit further, to 130W for USB-C, with various Latitude and XPS laptops.
