The Zenfone 7 is here, and it has a sibling, the Zenfone 7 Pro. The two devices have 6.67-inch and 90 Hz AMOLED screens, three rotating cameras and 5,000 mAh batteries. However, the Zenfone 7 Pro also has OIS on two of its three cameras and a Snapdragon 865 Plus instead of the Snapdragon 865 with which Asus has equipped the Zenfone 7. Both smartphones will arrive in Europe on September 1, but there is no talk of a US release.

"Similarly, DisplayPort Alternate Mode is not supported, nor is microSD card storage"
According to other websites micro SD is supported?
Would be interested in these phones if they were cheaper! Can get a slightly less specc'd Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro for £300

My bad, that was incorrect. I have updated the article accordingly.
There is a world that exists outside of the US,in case you've forgotten. ::).
Checks quite a few boxes.. Glad that it got a tele lens and an OLED panel over its predecessor. Now, if only it were cheaper.
Perhaps if they'd ever make a stripped down version, say :-
an Asus Zenfone 7e ..
with like NO 5G, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730, a headphone jack
Say... like US $400 cheaper than this 5g 865+ monster. It would be the perfect phone. Without 5g the battery would last even longer, and given the fewer extra antennae, it might be able to house a bigger battery as well (and/or a 3.5mm jack).
Anyone else like this idea?
