Dell has revealed Concept Luna, a concept laptop design that has been completely rethought with reuse and sustainability in mind from the outset. The result is a highly innovative design solution the results of which should be able to be translated to laptops in the real world in the near future.

It's pretty disgraceful that while Framework Laptop already exists and offers more repairability and customizability, Dell only plans to implement some of the ideas from this concept by 2030. Dell is of course a much larger company with incomparable sales numbers, but that's hardly an excuse to delay this for almost a decade straight away, and even then things will probably change and they'll just forget about the idea altogether. Dell already has a poor track record of making public concepts real, too.
They will partially implement it to try to kill framework, and if it works they'll abandon the idea.
