Xiaomi has confirmed that it will be bringing 120 W fast charging to the Xiaomi 12 Pro, due on December 28. A new in-house chip, Surge P1, will allow the Xiaomi 12 Pro to recharge at over 100 W, but the Xiaomi 12 and Xiaomi 12X could miss out.
