Hm.... you can get a new Lenovo T480s with i5 CPU that performs much better than the XPS with i7 CPU, for almost the same price, and also with mx150 GPU. It will have only 8GB, but you can buy another RAM stick for $40 on your own. It won't have a touchscreen though.
