Title: Kingston launches affordable NV1 NVMe SSD with 2100 MB/s and 1700 MB/s read and write rates
Post by: Redaktion on March 30, 2021, 05:53:23
Unlike most other M.2 SSDs out there, the Kingston NV1 series will share the same read and write rates across all three 500 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB capacities for a more consistent level of performance no matter the SKU.

Seems to be about the same as their (already budget) A2000.

This one almost certainly uses QLC, though. This NV1 thing and the A2000 are rated respectively for 240 TBW vs 600 TBW at the 1TB size. We'll have to see just how affordable it is.

I love Kingston hyperx RAM.  :) Recently I bought one from BuyKingston and it's doing the job pretty well. Anyway, I would also like to buy one of these when they are available. Hope it will be affordable.
