Microsoft's October Surface event will land on October 2 and it will bring some much needed hardware refreshes to the Surface Pro product line in particular. Also a possibility is a sneak peak at Windows Lite running on Microsoft's dual-screen Surface project codenamed 'Centaurus.'

So, are we taking bets?
AMD?
Ice Lake?
Lakefield?
TB3 finally being added? MSFT will literally have to go AMD-exclusive to keep the flimsy excuse of not integrating TB3, given it is in the CPU die itself, w.r.t. Ice Lake...
Updated GPU options? Nvidia seems to be likely, with a GTX1650 mQ in the next Surface Book?
Less undesirable Surface Laptop?
More repairable devices? Lenovo and HP have shown it's not impossible in this form factor.
Better positioned Surface Go? I like the concept, size, and price, but that's about it.
