Sony has pretty clear requirements when it comes to the read speed of SSDs that can be used to expand the storage of its next-gen PlayStation 5 console. I just wished they wouldn't lock pcie 3.0 out, it would more than likely be enough for current games with a quality drive and even if it wasn't, it would be more than fine for the abundant ps4 backlog.

(SN750 PCle 3, and SN850 is PCle 4
