Microsoft hat die Übernahme von Activision Blizzard vor über einem Jahr angekündigt, nun könnte das Unterfangen scheitern, nachdem die britische Wettbewerbsbehörde CMA eingeschritten ist. Die CMA befürchtet, dass diese Übernahme die Zukunft des Cloud-Gaming beeinträchtigen könnte.
