can authors please explain what's going on with PWM here? what does "Above that, we only detect the panel's refresh rate of 60 Hz." mean, exactly? an OLED can be dimmed without using PWM at 70-100% brightness levels? how is that possible for an OLED?

Redmi Note 10 model line is a mass experiment with affordable PWM, it will bring good change, be happy with it.
