The power-hungry Alder Lake-HX chip managed to break the 4,000-point barrier, leaving the i9-12900H in second position. The i9-12950HX is capable of reaching a clock rate of 5.0 GHz.

Funny thing is, laptop batteries can usually sustain 1C of current drain. That means unless you got a 157wh battery in your laptop, your CPU will almost never reach PL2 on battery.
