Angeblich versucht Apple für die kommenden Mac-Laptops eigene Chips zu entwickeln. Bisher entstehen die Mac-Chips in Zusammenarbeit mit Intel. Die Eigenentwicklung soll Apple unabhängiger vom großen Chip-Hersteller machen.
