With the upgrade to the quad-core processor and the Touch Bar, both versions of the MacBook Pro 13 are closer than ever. There are still differences, but the more affordable laptop should be the better choice for the majority of users.

Seems crazy to recommend a computer that costs so much with only a 128 storage capacity in 2020 when good notebooks with 4x as much fast storage are frequently 1/4 the price.
The different computer won't have osx though, so not really an option.
