HP's EliteBooks offer an attractive design, AMD technology, and many security features. However, these business notebooks frequently stood out with a high power consumption, their low display quality, and a mediocre battery life. We evaluate in our review of the HP EliteBook 755 G5 whether something has changed with this newest generation.

Nice detailed review!

Although this review is titled "HP Elitebook 755 G5" (with 512GB), it also contains some measurements for a "HP Elitebook 745 G5" (with 256GB).

Maybe it was originally intended to be a combined review.

The case images are for the 745 G5 (no numberpad), while the 755 G5 has a numberpad.

What a shock, an OEM setting a BS low limit on an APU to cripple it. 60C is entirely too low for the max temp in a laptop

Hi there

Any idea why the battery life us so much larger than on the 745?

Even though the 755 has a 56wh abbtery compared to 52 in the 745 the screen is larger - so why does it last 20% longer on battery? Different/newer bios?
