Office keyboard? There are many 14-inch notebooks in the office segment, and HP has now presented its redesigned ProBook 440 G5 as an entry-level device. Its quad-core CPU, IPS display and large glass touchpad sound promising. Find out why all this is not quite good enough in our detailed review.

Does this support thunderbolt 3 standard through it's usb type c port and will it be capable of running an external gpu?

how does it compare to Thinkpad or XPS machine with same CPU configurations? Long term build quality? Cooling performance? Will some parts would easily wear out (like on motherboard, output ports?)

For thos of you having BSOD problems with this laptop:
I had the same issue, the solution I found for the BSOD problem is to disable HP and Conexant(maybe also Synaptics) services from the System Configuration screen, to do that:
1. press start and type msconfig, then press enter
2. select Services tab
3. check Hide all Microsoft services
4. uncheck all HP,  Conexant and Synaptics services, except HP Hotkey UWP service and HP System info HSA service(needed for hotkey to work, both of them), if you don't need hotkeys, you can disable them too.
