Vivo's upcoming flagship, the Xplay 7, could be the first device to feature 10 GB of RAM. That's impressive, by all means, by we're not sure how useful it would actually be.

It's nothing more than a ploy to keep the RRP inflated. Until today, even with 3GB RAM entry level models, I fail to see how users struggle with multi tasking unless if the shipped firmware are really really poorly optimized.

It's not like 50% of their target demographic would even run a virtual box on their phones ffs.
