Acer Spin 5 gets 8th-gen Core chips, dGPU option for 15-inch model

Acer gives the Spin 5 Intel's 8th-generation Core-i treatment. It comes in both 13-inch and 15-inch models with the latter also offering support for a discrete Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 GPU.
