A beautiful machine! Asus isn't letting their products fall behind the times: the Zenbook series is now available with processors from the new Kaby Lake generation. Read on to find out how much of a performance boost the upgrade provides.

hmm

Lack of m.2-2280 nvme ssd slot, ddr4-2400 dual channel memory, thunderbolt 3, poor ports selection, keyboard and touchpad quality. Yet much flimsier and heavier than other flagship ultraportables that have all the above. Why even bother, Asus?

"Asus isn't letting their products fall behind the times" -- Uh, I'm sorry but those bezels tell a different story! It's a 1000€/USD$ machine, not some random budget model.

Well compared to Apple who haven't updated  most of their Macbooks in almost 3 years, and still have those huge bezels on all of them, they do a much better job. :-)

Actually they updated their models late last year,
only the Macbook Air wasn't updated -- truth be said, the Air lost all sense after the new MBP13 was released.

I would much rather the MBAir over the new MBP to be completely honest...
