DTR Powerhouse. Introduced late last year, the Valkyrie series is the premier lineup from iBuyPower aimed at hardcore gamers on-the-go and high-performance hunters. Essentially an MSI gamer in disguise, does this $1900 17.3-inch DTR hold up well against the competition?

Question:  is the the only part of the laptop's exterior which is metal the lid?  I am allergic to metal and looking for a strong gaming laptop which doesn't have much metal, namely anywhere one would touch for extended periods of time (I.e. palm rests).
