Claude Opus 5.5 is included with Pro, and Free still misses out

Anthropic shipped Claude Opus 5.5 on Tuesday. Pro subscribers get it without paying extra, which is not how Fable 5.1 arrived, and the five-hour limits go up at the same time. Every subscriber also gets a rate limit reset to spend when they want. The app puts a deadline on it that the announcement leaves out.
