Micron unveils the world’s first 512GB DDR5 memory module

Micron has demonstrated a 512GB DDR5 RDIMM designed for next-generation servers, with speeds of up to 9,200 MT/s. The ultra-dense module could enable up to 12TB of DDR5 memory in dual-socket systems and is expected to enter volume production in the second half of 2027.
