AI labeling rules start August 2: what actually changes for you

The AI Act's transparency rules take effect on August 2. Chatbots have to identify themselves and deepfakes have to be disclosed. You will barely see a visible label, though, because systems already on the market have until December. In Germany, complaints go to the Federal Network Agency.
