Dell releases new 14-inch laptop globally with 120 Hz display and Arc B390 graphics

Dell has released a new 14-inch laptop for consumers. Built around Intel's Panther Lake platform, the Dell 14S also comes with a 70 Wh battery, up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a choice between 1200p OLED or 1600p IPS displays.
