Multiple Garmin smartwatches get new workout improvement with latest update

Garmin has announced a new update for multiple smartwatches. Rolling out now before an impending stable release, the update is said to improve Garmin's Interval Workout experience compared to recent stable builds. Software Version 13.29 is reaching the Instinct 3, Instinct E and Instinct Crossover AMOLED as an over-the-air (OTA) download.
