Galaxy S23 Android 16 based One UI 8 update suffers same fate as Galaxy S24, S22

Samsung has reportedly paused Android 16 updates for the Galaxy S23 series. It did the same for the Galaxy S22 and the Galaxy 24 series, though the roll out has resumed for the former.
