Ninety-three current and former developers at Build A Rocket Boy have signed an open letter via the IWGB accusing co-founders Leslie Benzies and Mark Gerhard of systemic mistreatment. This includes mandatory pre-launch overtime and a mishandled redundancy process that may have led to wrongful dismissals, while alleging management failures in MindsEye's disastrous launch.
