The EliteBook 8 G1a 16 represents a fresh start over last year's EliteBook 865 G10. In addition to the revised naming convention, the new model is thinner than before with the latest AMD Zen 5 PRO options for business users.

So many mistakes in this article, Ngo is doing a really bad jobs lately writing these.
1) Already in the first sentence, "the last generation EliteBook 865 G10" is not the last generation, you should look at your own articles...
2) The "entry-level EliteBook" is the 6 series, not the 8.
3) "the 1200p native resolution is fixed across the board." No, you just forget to mention the option to choose the 1600p 120Hz DCI-P3 screen.
4) I don't see how is not the T16 the alternative of this but the L16...
I could keep going, this is really bad.

It seems I did a very reasonable thing buying Zbook Firefly 14A G10 (845 G10) in spring in almost top config, 7840HS/32GB/1TB and 1600p 120Hz DCI-P3 500nit display for about 1000 EUR. I added another 32GB RAM, and HP 5G modem ($50). CPU performance is roughly the same except slightly lower single-core, GPU performance might be even better. And it's a 2023 device!

Is it possible to charge laptop using the third 10Gps USB-C port and does it support DP alt mode?

I checked documentation an it says -
"Connects a USB device, provides high-speed data transfer,
and (for select products) charges small devices (such as a
smartphone) when the computer is on or in sleep mode."

There is nothing about charging laptop using this port or about DP alt mode.
