AMD has upgraded the Threadripper lineup to the Zen 5 architecture. The new Ryzen Threadripper 9000 series Shimada Peak lineup is once again offered in WX workstation and X HEDT segments with the Ryzen Threadripper Pro 9995WX topping the list with 96 cores and 192 threads. All Threadripper 9000 series have a boost of 5.4 GHz, 350 W TDP, support 128 PCIe lanes, and are compatible with existing sTR5 motherboards.
