"gaming tablet" is just marketing nonsense and almost like a oxymoron or paradox.
If you care about true modern AAA gaming (i.e. not angry birds), then you're gonna need games to be coded for or game developers coding for a platform using a DirectStorage like API + a form of removable storage more similar to the nVMe SSD medium such as SD Express to benefit and alleviate one of the biggest bottlenecks, which is storage I/O throughput.
The only arm tablet I'm aware of that can do that is the switch 2. (Well it's more a handheld but if you detach the joycons I guess you get somewhat of a smaller tablet)
Otherwise, the only AAA gaming you'll be doing on the rest of these "gaming tablets" will be retro games from 15-20 years ago via emulation.
