Samsung unveils Qi 2.2 chip for 50W wireless charging and magnetic chargers

Samsung Semiconductor has developed a brand-new chip that enables smartphones to wirelessly charge at up to 50 watts. This chip supports the Qi 2.2 standard and promises maximum compatibility, also with magnetic chargers.

The worst charging method, attention should be on wired PD-PPS 4.0 charging protocol...
