Eclipse Theia 1.48 brings code editor secondary window support to the development environment

Eclipse's Theia web-based platform and Theia IDE have been updated to version 1.48. A total of 53 enhancements have been made to the cloud platform and IDE, including support for floating second windows in the code editor.
