Das Legion Pro 5 16 G9 kann gegenüber dem Legion Pro 5 16 G8 aus dem Vorjahr mit einigen internen und externen Verbesserungen punkten. Das ändert jedoch nichts an der Tatsache, dass dieses Modell selbst für einen 16-Zoll-Gamer relativ groß und schwer ist.

Another boring laptop from Lenovo overpriced by $400-500. With a mediocre screen for this price (we are only waiting for 4k screens with 1500:1+). With uncomfortable noise even under light load.
With the lack of the necessary ports (TB4;DP2.0+UHBR20) and antique RJ45 at 1Gbps from 25 years ago, instead of modern 5-10Gbps.

And the author, of course, is lying about the heavy weight. LOQ weighs 2.6kg(psref.lenovo.com/Product/LOQ/LOQ_16APH8) with Zen4 Phoenix, and L7Pro 2.8kg(psref.lenovo.com/Product/Legion/Legion_Pro_7_16ARX8H) with Zen4, despite the fact that AMD is more energy efficient (at least 35%) than the Intel 14 series, with which L7Pro weighs a ridiculous 2.5kg. Which only further increases the noise relative to AMD.

And of course, which can no longer handle modern games at 2.5k resolution, even with DLSS. But you can't switch the screen to 1080p - because the picture will be cloudy. Only 4k screens can be switched to 1080p without losing image clarity.

Ich möchte mich hier auch noch gegen den unsinnigen Satz aussprechen. Werden eure Artikel eigentlich gar nicht fachlich Korrektur gelesen? Von dem Autor sollte man zumindest ein wenig technisch-physikalisches Grundverständnis erwarten können. Bei einem High Performance Notebook mit extrem energiehungrigem i9 und einer RTX 4070 mit maximal 140(!)W von einem "großen und schweren" Gehäuse zu sprechen, sorgt für verständnisloses Kopfschütteln bei jedem, der auch nur halbwegs Ahnung von Technik hat.

Im Gegensatz dazu wird in inzwischen tradioneller Gleichgültigkeit eine störende Lautstärke von 51db mit keiner Silbe mehr kritisiert! Nicht mal unter den Contra Stichpunkten wird die hohe Lautstärke aufgeführt. Stattdessen auch dort die absurde Kritik an Größe und Gewicht eines normalgewichtigen High Performance Notebooks.
