There seems to be little doubt now that the Sony Xperia 1 VI will arrive with support for a 3.5 mm headphone jack. A recent social media post from Sony Xperia Global should allay any fears that Mark 6 variants of phones like the Xperia 1 and Xperia 5 could lose the beloved headphone jack. The Xperia 1 VI is expected to turn up around May time.

Was switching between these phones and Pixels between generations. These will be my only go-tos from now on.

Headphone jack is forever i just wish sony layed out the IO like Asus does by putting the headphone jack on the bottom opposite from the USB-C port, that way the speaker is optimized in the center of the phone.
