Klarna's AI chatbot takes over more than 700 jobs from full-time employees. The company is hoping a ChatGPT-inspired bot will generate $40 million in profits this year - in return, the buy-now-pay-later pioneer is foregoing new hires. Having spoken to OpenAI's Sam Altman, the company has even decided to double its AI-powered operations.

Unfortunately my experience with customer service of many companies is that I would be better off talking to AI chatbot with ChatGPT 4 intelligence level.
