Indeed, that IS the proper price point for FHD gaming until it finally breaks the $500 barrier and is valued at $300-500 (along with all 'entry level' PC's).

With iGPU's getting better all the time it is only a matter of time before just about ANY PC can do FHD gaming out of the box. :)

George, you will need some extremely good luck, patience or both to get a 165 Hz 1440p colour-accurate screen (DE under 2, 100% sRGB, 88% AdobeRGB) with an RTX 4060 for that price. Plus the fact that you can game many games at 1440p native (without DLSS) on that GPU, like literally 99% of existing games on the market (and no, I am not counting Solitaire and similar there).

For those where you struggle to get 60+ fps you can either use maxed/ultra details + DLSS or drop the resolution down to 1080p without DLSS, your choice. Or simply choose "very high" graphical preset instead of ultra.

You are a bit unrealistic if you are serious about the US$300-500 price range. I mean you can get a good FHD-gamer, sure, with a trash screen on a good discount (RTX 3060 however, for $498 back in November 2023, with 8 GB RAM though).

And for work, 16:10 is much more comfortable. And the metal case is better. And there is practically no difference in processor between them. At the same time, you can even connect a desktop 5090 to the old L5Pro 2022 via USB40 in the future...
