GucksTV, a German tech reviewer, recently tested AMD's upcoming Ryzen 7 8700GE APU, highlighting its impressive performance and efficiency. With a TDP of just 35 W compared to the 8700G's 65 W, the 8700GE achieves 84% of the 8700G's performance while consuming significantly less power. Featuring 8 Zen 4 cores and 12 RDNA 3 cores, the 8700GE excelled in various tests, making it an ideal choice for compact builds and home server setups.

Even better, let it be 200% faster and consume 0 W, so that no battery nor power connector is needed. This is the right option.

The point of the new generation is to increase performance, and not to degrade it. Therefore, this is AMD's failure.
