Philips has unveiled its new 9000 series USB power bank in China. The accessory has a USB-A output and two USB-C ports supporting up to 140W PD 3.1 charging. Other features of the portable charger include a 27,000mAh capacity, a built-in color display and protection against problems like overheating.

Lol, this power bank has already been on the market under a handful of different names. I've personally reviewed it when branded as Hopetrek, but I've also seen it sold as Amegat/Aukey, RAVPower, Vivan, RAVPower, LOGiiX, Maxpower, Euker, Powdeom, Joway, evatronic, Poweradd and as the other OP said, Hoco, all with slightly different capacity ratings.

It's a decent power bank, but will over-negotiate power on the two type-C ports. It'll tell BOTH devices they can draw 140W (280W total) but will go into protection mode and shut off the outputs if they collectively draw over 152.5W.
