The official Redmi Weibo handle revealed some of the RedmiBook 16's key specs. It will use an Intel Core i5-13500H CPU, LPDDR5X 6400 memory and come with two dedicated fans.

It is incredible that they put Intel 13 gen and the excess temperature and energy consumption that this processor has.
I don't understand why Xiaomi doesn't go for Zen 4 7040 Phoenix, it would be much easier in addition to having RDNA 3 + artificial intelligence, which Intel 12 gen 13 gen doesn't have.
