Ok benchmarks are one thing, tell us the battery life and how long before it throttles. This is far more important than synthetic scores.

Which mobile app (except benchmarks) fully use a multitread load on the CPU?
On computers as PC or Mac there are several, but what is the use case for a multithread app that pushes the mobile CPU to 100% is there any mobile app that does that?
Otherwise benchmarking max CPU multithread performance for a mobile is really not that important. Single thread matters a lot more as it is always used.

Emulation. AetherSX2 & Yuzu Android. Certain PS2/Switch games really push the multithreaded load to almost 100%. I was always in the camp of, "any modern budget phone/SoC is good enough for 99% of daily use cases / people" .. that is until I ran these apps. They do genuinely make your phone hotter than even these running synthetic benchmarks because unlike them they require sustained performance and don't run just for a couple of min/loops. Hope this answers your question! :)

(And yes, usually I'd never game on a phone, but full fledged console releases running are a completely different story)

Early testing by some outlets that got the engineering device show that it's slightly more power efficient than SD8 Gen 3 CPU-wise while being more performant, better multicore, slightly worse single core. GPU-wise it's more or less on par with very similar performance and very similar power draw. Testing with a demanding game, it's able to sustain higher fps for a longer period of time, probably since because they're all big cores, they can clock lower to hit the same level of performance.
