The Samsung monitors has issues that even Samsung has no idea how to fix.
I've had mine for over a year. When an update appears and you have to update and restart, the monitor will go into a sleep mode that. On multiple times I've had to turn off my tower, turn off my monitor then turn back on everything.
I've called Samsung so many times, we always go over the same check list, is it up to date? Is the sleep settings correct? etc. Then they tell me they will send it to another department and find a solution and contact me back in 48 hours, which never happens.
I hate powering down my tower like that.
I've learned a lesson.
Don't buy this monitor at half price or quarter price.
