All the imrovements only ever for Ultra. Why the hell do they even bother with the two lower end models. They are the bastard stepchild of the range and Samesung don't even care about them. 24 and S24+ will yet again be tiny upgrades over S23/S23+ which was tiny upgrade over S22/S22+ which ....
